Skissedilla challenge #186 accepted!

Happy Saturday folks!

I'm feeling sad right now so I completed a challenge page for the art scrap website Skissedilla using my absolute favorite Scrap FX piece EVER.

(Thanks for reminding me Scarlett! I love this challenge site but constantly forget to check in!)

Here's the page:

I outlined the border and left it alone- the design itself does most of the work.

Here's the Scrap FX flourish chipboard I used: (item number 2010287)

Swing by Skissedilla and give the sketch a try!

Thanks for swinging by!

Scrapbookers and crafters in general are an awesomely supportive bunch- THANK YOU!!!

All the neutrals are spectacularly used and the flair is so wonderful - uh can you believe I cannot find the flair I won from your blog hop??! :( poo poo on me!!! Ahh I will, I will. Anyhoo now that I wrote you a novel LOL I am just so elated you played along and really hope you get the chance to more often - now for me to to upload some pages to the mag flickr pool I love that you are pubbed in cuz' that has been on my lists of to do's for way too long. ;) Congrats on your most recents there - I've been meaning to tell you that and well I'm pretty forgetful these days. 8. Why so sad? Hope you are OK and reading your comment in the comments I hope you aren't contemplating giving up your blog, I always love reading your posts even when I'm naughty and don't comment. I'm sad that you have felt the need to censor yourself a bit :(

As for the page - absolute gorgeousness. Love all those layers and textures and the frame is beautiful!

  9. No censorship- just me trying to stop some self indulgent, self pity (for once). :)

  10. Love this page! The white outlining and perfectly placed flair add just. the. right. touch. (Cinderella? Am I right?) Sorry to hear you've been down lately. You've been through a lot I'm sure, it is understandable. Take care!

Ok peeps lets CHAT! You tell me what you REALLY think and I PROMISE to keep it open minded here.
