Happy Saturday folks!
I'm feeling sad right now so I completed a challenge page for the art scrap website Skissedilla using my absolute favorite Scrap FX piece EVER.
(Thanks for reminding me Scarlett! I love this challenge site but constantly forget to check in!)
Here's the page:
I outlined the border and left it alone- the design itself does most of the work.
Here's the Scrap FX flourish chipboard I used: (item number 2010287)
Swing by Skissedilla and give the sketch a try!
Thanks for swinging by!
Michelle

I just sent you an email- what I'm sad about is rather silly and I PROMISED I would no longer post "rant" or "complaint" posts here since it was making me look like a loony so that's why I was vague- really I am thankful for all that is going on it my life and REALLY thankful I have readers like you and Miae and Jenny below and Scarlett too- you guys make me want to keep writing this blog. Scrapbookers and crafters in general are an awesomely supportive bunch- THANK YOU!!!

Why so sad? Hope you are OK and reading your comment in the comments I hope you aren't contemplating giving up your blog, I always love reading your posts even when I'm naughty and don't comment. I'm sad that you have felt the need to censor yourself a bit :(
ReplyDeleteAs for the page - absolute gorgeousness. Love all those layers and textures and the frame is beautiful!
No censorship- just me trying to stop some self indulgent, self pity (for once). :)
ReplyDeleteLove this page! The white outlining and perfectly placed flair add just. the. right. touch. (Cinderella? Am I right?) Sorry to hear you've been down lately. You've been through a lot I'm sure, it is understandable. Take care!
